1. We have simplified the Service selection for you. Highlights and or  Lowlights, Balayage or  Foilayage or Babylights  etc. any multi  dimensional creation is a Custom Color and the price includes everything we need to do to achieve your desired end result.

2. One solid Color all over from root to end is considered  all over Color sometimes referred to as a Glaze as well. 

3. Root touch ups are for less then 2 inches solid color 

4. Simple root touch up Services do not include a cut or a style unless combo Service is booked 

5. Short Hair is above top shoulders, medium above or at Shoulder blade bottom, anything past that is considered long hair
